Downtown Dental Associates’ staff faces at the end of the year is changes in
insurance.
We work hard to make sure you receive all the
benefits offered by your carrier and to do so is an enormous job. Our patients
represent over 1,660 different employers and plans, each one being different
than the other. We call each carrier and go through an entire checklist to
safeguard against any unforeseen problems prior to your appointment.
Also, if you don’t use all your benefits for this
year, they will be lost since benefits don’t accrue or add up.
Even if you have existing coverage, and your
benefits may have changed slightly, we need to follow up with your carrier.
